Solution When register account buyer could input shipping address, and select one default express shipper: DHL, FedEx or UPS. Or could select freight collect with shipper and account. In online quote form after log on and add boards into cart, after checkout shipping cost will be displayed with your default shipper (Fedex/DHL/UPS) setup in account, or you could select shipper again and shipping cost will be calculated again. If with "freight collect" then shipping cost will display as "0".

Our shipping cost is with around 30%-40% discount from FedEX/DHL/UPS open rate.
